The system uses a clear visual dashboard, which gives you an instant overview of your business. This allows you to see what needs doing and when by tracking customer orders from quotation to production, subcontract processes, shipping through to final invoice. It then works seamlessly importing the invoices to our accounting software 'Xero'
As we produce a number of assemblies it was important we had a system which would fit our business. In QuickWorks you can build your bill of materials (BOMs) and the system pulls all the components together and updates your stock levels at the same time.
