Major New investment at Mulraney Components Ltd!!!
New Citizen CNC Miyano BNA-42SY5 LFV
Due to its success we have now purchased another new CNC lathe, a Citizen Miyano BNA-42SY5 LFV with LNS Turbo bar feed, which was delivered and installed October 2025.
It is a twin spindle, single turret machine with a capacity of 42mm dia.
Incorporating the latest LFV technology which breaks swarf into short, manageable chips, ensuring no more tangled material. As a result, we can run for longer periods with less cleaning and maintenance.
As both of our CNC’s have bar feeds we can run lights out, which considerably increases the turning capacity we can offer to our customers.
We would like to thank Citizen Machinery & LNS Turbo UK for their help in getting the new machine installed and running as quickly as possible.
